Information on lean diet

Weight: 185
Body fat 9-10% ( varies )

I was wondering if I could get a little advice on a lean, diet plan.
My diet looks like this.

Breakfast: banana, oatmeal

First meal: salmon filet, carrots,
broccoli.

Second meal: 4ounce of chicken breast, broccoli and a potato.

3rd meal: protein shake

4th meal: same as first

5th meal same as 2nd meal.

Then before bed, banana, and oat bar.

Open for any advice or opinions! Thanks
 
I'd add some source of protein to meal 1 and cut out the carbs before bed and get some cottage cheese , greek yogurt or egg whites in there
