info on insulin

i need info on insulin,how to use it for b.b..i need to educate myself from the bottom up.the most basic info to to top.been using gear for years.currently 237 at 6-8% bodyfat.on enanthate,dbol and anadrol.i am 30 years old 5'11.thx.
