infection from ip sust

I ordered from our chinese friend a while back, but i didn't start taking the gear until just recently. It feels like i get an infection every time i shoot the shit. I get a huge, baseball-like abcess every time i shoot, and it hurts like hell.

Has anyone ever experienced this on ** sust before????????

The abcess stays for about 2 weeks, then it slowly dissapears.
