Infected injection site

Hey Guys,

Just wondering if anyone has ever had an injection site become infected. Gave myself a shot in the delt a few days ago and it's a lot more sore than usual, so I started wigging about it. Just wondering what happens if you get infected.

I've never had an infected injection site, so I may not be too much help. But I think if I had gotten an infection I would know it.

The way I see it, if you get an infected injection site, you WILL know it.

Did you inject sust into your shoulder? That usually kills for a good 2-3 days. It's nothing to worry about though. If it's infected like he said, YOU'LL know, it'll itch and burn big time and possibly ooze puss.

It's to soon for you to have an infection that would be causing you pain. You may have injected near a nerve or into a delt tie-in. It should pass, in the mean time watch for heat and redness in the area. These are more of a sign of infection than immediate soreness.
