increasing t4-t3 conversion

From prolong stress, dieting, gh, Fat burners, ect, ect.
My conversion from t4- t3 is now on the lower end of the range 81 (60-181) and my t-4 is on the upper end of the range. I was wondering what supplements, minerals or other can increase the conversion rate. I did the iodine test and I was lacking that from diet and that may be a major contributer, plus I have been battle candida which my also give the same symptoms or not allowing me to absorb my mineral properly. Any suggestoion will be greatly appreciated. Ps drs are shit heads and since I am in range will not do anything to help so I may have to start expermenting with low levels of t-3 so i can atleast function and go to bathrrom on a daily basis and not once ever 2-3 days which really zaps my energy levels. i have monitored my body temp and it is under 97 degrees in the moring on several occasions

what about iodine, but I don't want to take too much of it be cause it could suppress it even further. How much of tyrosine ? 500 mgs 2 times a day , selenium is 200 mcgs enough ? thanks for replys

L-tyrosine is [email protected]/day

Iodine in the form of Kelp is a good idea.

Selenium must be used carefully, only if certain deficiencies are present....read on.

I got all basis covered now, except I from my blood work i had low RBC, hemocrit, hemoglobin. All results out of range and I have stopped all red meat for fact of controling the candida in my body which I believe is a major factor in not letting my body come back to normal. So there for an iron deficency may exist. I started t-3 at 25 mcgs a day to see if that could help with clearing the constipation I have been having for 6 months. I have tried every laxative and nothing seems to be working plus my tight is more diet then a BB diet right now because of avoiding certain foods. SO my only alternative is to clear out the gunk in my gut so the candida can not feed on it and it should clear things up. I have an idea once my gut is cleared then my congested liver then can be relieved and help get things back to normal becuase the conversion from t4-t3 occurs mainly in the liver..
