Im due to start my bulking cycle very soon and im just wondering how soon to increase my calories.
This is how my cycle looks, 30mg dbol weeks 1-5, test enath 500mg weeks 1-8 and eq 400mg weeks 1-10.
I am on maintainance cals of around 3000 right now, about 3500 on training days.
Im looking to get around 5000 cals a day (depending on progress, so do you think i should shoot for max cals at around week 2 or before that?
