increasing appitite

is there anything that like you can buy at wal mart or whatever that you can take to increase your appitite?
 
I have heard the same about b12, but I have no experience with this.

LOW intensity cardio first thing pre breakfast really ramps up my metabolism and appetite for the day. Just a fast 30 minute walk around the neighborhood will do the trick.
 
i am taking a miltivitamin and it has 6 mcg of b12 in it...
do you have any idea how much i need to be taking?
 
I Have heard of something called "black hole" that is supposed to help appetite.
I am just like arnold from pumping iron. (at the end when he is eating chicken and smoking a jay)

I have found that not eating really increases my appetite. You should try that. The longer you wait to eat, the more hungry you become.

Ive tried blackhole and its not really worth it at all. I would suggest the good old get a plate of food you know you have to eat and force it down until the plate is gone. It's gonna take a while to stretch your stomach out and get used to takin in that much food. Hell, I've even thrown up from eating so much before then went right back to the kitchen and kept eating because i just threw up all the hard work. :(

i witnessed this and it was amazing!

for your appetite question, i've found eating too much in the morning actually decreases my hunger throughout the day. what is your diet looking like? the only way to figure out what works for you is trial and error...you can't always buy the solution at walmart.

I read oranges help and I read that professional eater Kobiyashi does intense stomach workouts to stretch his stomach. Also putting yourself on a eating schedule helps start by snacking between meals and make the snacks bigger and bigger and your body will get used to it.
 
I would start out eating every 4 hours. Eat clean. Then increase to every three hours. Dude you gotta eat to grow. If you wait till your hungry its too late. Eating should be natural...Like BK said, force it down till your stomach stretches and before you know it...it will become second nature.
