Increased Lypolosis

Question.
T3 causes increased lypolosis along with protein synthesis.
I am currently on a 3000 kcal Animaloblics diet.
If I were to add in a 6 week pyramid of T3 could I gain muscle?
Or would I need to increase my caloric intake to try and compensate for T3's blast furnace effect. My goal is to try and add about 10lbs Lean muscle while decreasing my BF 3%. Currently I am at
242lbs 9%bf
My cycle is.
8weeks
150mg Fina/ED
500mg Sust/w
300mg Test Prop
50mg Winstrol/ED
800mg EQ (Frontloaded @ 1600mg week1,2)

If T3 AddedI(week 2)
25mcg 4days
50mcg 7 days
75mcg 7 days
100mcg 7 days
75mcg 7 days
50mcg 7 days
25mcg 4 days

Do even without adding T3 is it possible to add lean muscle mass
@ 3000kcals?
(about 300g protein, 60g fat, 320g Carbs)
 
bro at 240lb you dont need 3000mg/gear/week

if all you want to do is add muscle dont bother with t-3, just raise your calories up to 5000cals per day, you are a big boy, you can handle (more like need) that much
 
I do feel that my calories are under what they should be. The only thing is that I would like to lower my BF for spring break. I want to get more shredded. I have been doing the 3000kcal thing for only 1.5weeks but I have noticed a difference or could it be the gear?

how far away is your spring break? whats your time table here? ok, if this is a cutting cycle then:

caloric intake should be your weight times 12
65%prt
25%crbs
10%fts

how much fat do you need to loose?
 
As far as info on the diet I think it is in his forum on

But Spring Break is March 23-30 in PCB..so about 4 weeks.
I am at about 8.5-9% BF. I Have been getting leaner but staying about the same weight so it is working. I just want to make it work better. I would like to be about 6-6.5% BF by then. While possibly adding a few pounds of muscle.

I am thinking about moving my calories to about 3300/day
350g Protein, 318 Carbs, 70 Fat.<- Maybe less fat

If I do would would the increased protein syntesize in to sugar then fat???? Or would it go to muscle?
If It would go to fat...by adding T3 would the increased protein synthesis be directed to muscle growth.
Would the T3 be to catabolic to add muscle??
 
You are 240lb at 9% now, that means you got 21.6lb of fat(240*.09); you want to be 6%, thats 3% reduction (3% is a third of 9%) so 21.6/3=7.2lb. you got 7.2lb of fat to loose in 4 weeks thats a little under 2lb of fat per week, you have your work cut out for you. as far as t-3, it increases protein synthesis at low doses 25mcg/ed but this will not have a great effect at burning bodyfat, at higher doses 100mcg/ed it will burn fat but you wont be making much gains in muscle mass. my advise is just focus on dieting and dont worry about adding more size you dont have time, its either gaining or cutting, not both at the same time
 
Thanx serge. I think I will focus on the Dieting...who knows maybe I can stay about 240 while loosing the fat.

Where are you staying...You are going the week before me though.
 
As far as my proposed diet...do you think I would be able to achieve my goals with it.
350g Protein.
318g Carbs
3167 Calories

or should I stick to

250g Pro
318g Carb ( Mainly Post Workout Carb up)
55g Fat
2767 Calories
