grape juice or grapefruit juice?

White grape juice. Orals dont have to be crushed, but i do it anyway. With IP orals, you will get the same results whether you chew them, swallow them whole, or throw them in the trash.

I disagree, its Grapefruit juice that is "supposed" to increase the absorption rate.
And you will not get the same results from IP orals if you either throw them out or swallow whole. You must chew them for them to work.

There was study done, they posted it over on the supps. board. They are not 100% sure what in the grapefruit is doing it. I was under the impression that this study did not look at it as all good. After all when it comes to meds. the dose accounts for absorb. rates.

Not the same with sups and AAS, but it can be bad for people on high BP meds or what not.
