Hi to all!
I'm now at 5 weeks out of my competition, and as many of you, my diet now is lowering carbs. However, even though I have the energy to work during day and workout... when night falls I can be like an owl for a couple of hours before I get a decent sleep. I mean... and I know this is no good. How do you manage to get your sleep?? any advice??
