Uhmm, seated calf raises?

But then again, that will leave a mark on your ass. You're screwed.

:lmao:

I prefer the donkey calf machine where you bend over and the weight pad rests on your butt.

This is not the machine but it's similiar

Stop using it....all you need is bodyweight for calf raises anyways. Higher reps are better...just make sure you go really deep on the way down, then up (explosively) right to your tip-toes. I do mine on the spotter's platform on the back of the incline bench. You can hold onto the bar for balance.

it is the seams on your clothing being pressed in causing this, just move the seams to one side if you don't like the marks : )

That's all I do as well. I use my basement stairs, stand on the tippy toes and like the Hitman said, all the way down and up explosively. Do a ton of reps and you can get a real burn going....

I get marks just from my clothes... no weights. My skin is sensitive. lol Just a note though, All the above exercise utilize differnet parts of the calves. So it`s not just what is easiest on the shoulders you should be concerned with.
