Hi:
Im very motivated to start working out again, actually i`m into my first week
I have 200 dbols,2 bottles of clen and some deca-d in my closet,i know that i can´t take them right now because i have more than 5 months without working at the gym.
I don't know what to do, right know im taking ISOPURE,CREATINE and GLUTAMINE with a perfect diet with just protein after 3:00pm ,good rest,and training.
I want to grow this time, but at the same time with cuts what i suppose to do bro's? i don't want to work hard if i don't gonna see nice result's this time, that's why i need some suggestions and recomendations.
Should i do some cardio??? in the morning with the empty stomach??? it's a good idea or not??
Also what happen if i do cardio in the morning for 30min 4 days per week and at the night weight training for mass???
