Good Episode..... Love the high school surprise......very good idea......can't believe Bob's school's lunchmenu....even my HS has salads and vegetables......

Also like that everything went preety fast, less momentum about weight loss and "who's winning" and more emphisis on the emotional "real" part of the journey.

I like the idea of the show but sometimes people get a little too carried away with the "game" part of it.

Yeah, but that's stupid. They are changing their damn lives around what more could they want. I hate when the people complain to their trainer like in tonight's episode with Heather and the female coach.

They have weight loss spoon-fed to them and sometimes they act like they are entitled to it.

Better than to give the winners cash, the network should do something else worthwhile with their cash, like having more contestants or something. At the very least, giving the winners cash MIGHT help the health economy but only subtley.
