I have the same problem with my allergies, And there worsee at work man,Dust and evrything else in that place get them bad and It deffinately makes you miserably, Try takeing something for your sinuses

Claritin D, or Loratadine (generic equivalent). Look for 10mg or higher. Both work good for me, but Claritin lasts a little longer and has less side effects, like for example drowsiness.
