yep, i have decided to take the body for life challenge. i feel i'm finally ready mentally. i'm focused and eager to go. i'll be taking my before photos next monday. i'm still working on a work out and eating schedule. i have to work it around work of course and also school. any suggestions out there?

jenbfl, i know she'll have something to add and look forward to hearing it.

Bloat up on dbol before the pics.
Extend the gut as far as possible.

Don't forget to call up Bill Philips and ask him what anabolics the people that won in the past were on.

Hahahahahaha. No shit. Those before and after pictures are so doctored.

If i were you i would sodium and carb load as much as possible before the "before" shots. It would be a good idea to load the sodum and carbs before you go on a drinking binge, then the next day with the hang over you will feel like shit. But more importantly you WILL look like shit. Combine this with that bored/sad expression on your face as often seen in the before photos and 50% of your work is done right there and then.

nope, not a joke.

i can see none of you like the bfl idea or whatever. that's fine. if you don't want to contribute that's fine too.

yea, you'll get a body for life, the same one you had prior to starting the "challenge" but with increased chances of heart disease

I hope you are not tanned or have a fashionable hairstyle.... yet. Those are for the after pictures.

i was just fucking with you. Hopefully this will work out for you if it is what you want.

I don't even know what body for life is, i've heard of it but have no idea.

thanks nord.

go to www.bodyforlife.com and you can read about it there. it's basically a program to help people build better bodies and get into better shape mentally and physically. the challenge is the contest part which one could win certain prizes. i can't remember them right now but i figured why not take a shot.

BFL is for....

Thats for people who are out of shape and want to get "back" or get into shape. If you already workout regularly you wont see much of a difference. However if you are a slug good for you, go for it.

not a slug. i work out regularly but my physique is'nt exactly where it could/should be. plus WHEN i reach my goals i can share them with a greater range of people and maybe i can inspire someone else to better themselves. the money aint a bad thing either, that and the year supply of two eas supplemetnts. :)

The BFL program is yes.
But no the challenge. Most of the guys who win were just bloated and all they did was cut-up.

A good friend of mine enters local challenges all the time just to get dough for cycles.
