im so fucking sunburnt!!!

first time i went to the beach today in like 4 years and im so sunburnt and it hurts arghhhh.. thatll teach me
is there anything i can do to stop the soreness? ive got moisterising cream on

It'll stink, but vinegar is good. I've used it before. Stinks like the devil, but it helps.

Moisturizing cream is bad for sunburns!! Lotions just trap heat!!Use aloe if you got some... and take Tylenol and ice it...

If you are ANYWHERE that can get a tan at this time of year......there is no pity.

Now if you said that your feet were raw from walking to the hottub from the house.......frozen. Then you would have pity.

Tanning beds don't count.
