Hi. I'm a 42 year old male who doesn't have a consistent sleep schedule.

This year 2012, I've been on 2 d-bol only cycles lasting 6 wks of dbol only on average 30-40 mgs a day for the entire 6 weeks with no real PCT.

I've had 1 dbol and Testosterone injection cycle which I wasn't pleased with cos towards the tail end of cycle I had to move--and moving is very stressful & time consuming. Therefore, I couldn't workout heavy duty towards the end. At the end of the cycle I immedately took Nolvadex 10 mgs/day for 3 weeks & at the same time took a natural vitamin Test booster by Muscle Tech or 6 star Nutrition (forgot the name right now, but it's sold at CVS pharmacy)

My sleep habits are sleep at 2 am, 3 am, awake at 1 pm, 2pm or sometimes 3 pm.

I have in 2012 been taking Paxil anti-depressant 1 pill which amounts to 25 mgs/day

I have gotten a full blood work 1 month ago. My clotting factors and liver enzymes are fine.

I don't smoke weed, nor cigarettes.

I simply am not consistent with a normal sleep schedule of sleeping at like for example 11pm and awaking at 7 am or 8 am. By "normal," I mean what the majority of people do which is a healthy/productive sleep schedule of being awake in the morning to conduct business when gov't agencies and businesses are open, instead of awaking at 2 pm. Studies have shown that people who work the graveyard shift are not as healthy as those who work from 9am to 5 pm.

These last 2 weeks I've been taking Test injections of 250 mg/per week and 25 mgs/d-bol per day...along with multi-vitamins, glucosamine, ProLab caffeine tabs (for energy), milk thistle...and, again, 25 mgs/paxil (anti-depressant) per day.

But still, I don't workout consistently. I average about 2 exercises a day.

The fact that I had to move to a new place during late summer 2012, really messed me up. **Plus my car broke down so I have to take the bus to the gym which Im not looking forward to). My gym is extremely crowded at all hours of the day except at 1 am or 2 am, but buses stop running at those times.

Does anyone have any advice?

Have I de-masculinized myself by not running a PCT?

Do I have low Test?

Should I increase my Test injections to 250 mgs/week every 3 days so that I average 500 mgs/Test per week for 10-12 weeks. Then get some Clomid and Arimidex?..and run both starting 2 weeks after the end of my cycle for the length of time of 4 weeks PCT?

Should I force myself to sleep at like 11 pm or midnight and awake at 7 am?

By the way, I find sleep very relaxing, very peaceful. I quit weed and alcohol a year and 6 months ago so sleep is like the only peace I get.

Anything else? Should I get some Tribulus?

Maybe some herbal Korean Ginseng?

Are there any good motivational or self-help books on the market to get for this?

What's a good trick to get a person out of bed in the morning? When I wake up at 7 am or 8 am I just have the habit of turning off my alarm clock (set for 8:30 am) not looking at my wrist watch, but using the bathroom for # 1 then going back to sleep.

I have some inspirational bodybuilding dvds like "Pumping Iron" and "Big & Loving It" by Markus Ruhl.

I'm sick and tired of sleeping so much.

I really appreciate ANY useful help.

Thanks, in advance, for any help you'd be able to provide me.

Hi Big Mike 777.

Firstly, I agree with mark one. You could really benefit from a whole holistic check-up and blood panel just to rule out anything abnormal.
It's difficult to even make an observation from what you're telling us. I'm getting the impression from your prose and the information you post, that you're primarily in a transition period with lots going on in your life
and a few problems thrown in to make things frustrating and difficult for you. I reckon your immediate problem is stress, both physically and mentally.

If your circadian rythm is out of synch and sleep is fine and peaceful, when you are sleeping, it may be worth - if your current awake/sleep schedule is now established for the foreseeable future - considering the hormone Melatonin.
Melatonin is not a miracle drug or anything, and in some countries it can be purchased over the counter. Run a search on the net for information about it. It's used successfully in all sorts of sleep conditions to reset your natural sleep rythm. The only caveat I'd put in here
is you would need to be disciplined to get out of bed in the morning because at larger doses and in the first few weeks of use it can leave you feeling groggy upon waking.

It would be helpful to know about your general dietary habits and your work schedule in a bit more detail. The first thing I would advise you do is get in to some sort of daily routine and learn how to relax without the reliance of herbal/nutritional supplements.
There is nothing more frustrating and damaging to how we feel, than poor sleep, but I reckon you need to take a step back and go over when this poor sleep pattern started to appear. It may have to do with a whole mix of small individual things snow-balling in
to this one negative effect on your sleep.

All the best.

ok. Thanks to you both (Mark 1 & LabTec).

I'd need to get blood work done to determine if I'm low on hormones anyway to see if I'm a good candidate for Doc-prescribed injectable Test & doc-prescribe injectable hgh.

i will look more into melatonin and have copied and pasted the useful info. u gave me Labtec for further review & research.
