Im sick since my dieting....

I have been dieting(low carbs for 2 weeks now. The past week I came down with a virus. Now my throat is sore, and swollen. I am tired of this shit.

Has any one else had this problem when starting there diet.
 
You need to cycle you carbs. Like three low days followed by a high day. That will keep you healthier and will also keep your metabolism off guard. Are you taking vitamins? You should be taking 1000mgs of c 3x a day, 400iu's of e 3x a day, b complex 2x day, and a multi-vit 2 x a day. This is more important when dieting because you will not get enough vitamins from the food you eat. Also when carbs are low you should keep workout time down. You need to be in the gym less or you will get sick, as you have. Hope you feel better soon.
 
i agree with pgerardone, i do 3 days of as close to zero carbs as i can, followed be a carb day
