now, im a experienced user, ive been working out for 13 years. ive completed 5 cycles over 7 years.
now ive had a 4 year break and want to get back into the zone.... i've been working out naturally as required and am back ready for a cycle.
i wish to gain size and strenght, with as few as side effect as possible.
now im 6"0 ans currently 15 stone having shed alot of the fat i had gained during my off years.
now i know what im thinking of and what i want to do but i dont want to influence your choices.
now bros any suggestions?
