I actually have enjoyed most of my time in Kuwait. I have done business with a few companies there and all the people were great. As for the coke thing that is not true. On one business meeting we showed up and the VP was going to be late so they had a bunch of Little Ceasers Pizza and sodas waiting for us. It was cool because the VP's son and daughter were there so I hung with them. They had just returned from 4 years in the states going to college at Boston U and U of Washington. There is actually a lot to do there, like things out on the gulf(fishing, water sports) and the richer parts of the city are really nice.

Bad, people drive like complete shit there.
