It's not something that is normally said, i have never heard it.

Blimey means - your shocked at something or you would sai rather than saying GOD or JESUS or anything like that

and

TOSSA is an insult as suck. it means someone who plays with themselfs. people called each other that in slaging matches etc.

im not sure how much absinthe goes for but it would be around £20 a bottle, thats about $30 - $35 a bottle
