IM Injection Question

Hi all,

I am injecting IM, or trying to at least, using .5 needle. Was told that could inject in biceps and calves and still hit muscle with .5. How can i tell if I am getting it into the muscle or not. Also am feeling some pain in the bicep, kinda like an overtrained muscle pain. Is that normal? Thanks in advance

yeah i read aload of stuff like that while i was looking for what it was. but still, why? are you having trouble losing weight?
no, just trying to speed the process up a bit. Basically using this instead of a fat burner, as most make me seriously anxious/nervous and keep my heart beating out of my chest.

martial arts class twice a week. then high intensity interval training on treadmill or cycling.
dont take this the wrong way, but if you need to speed up dropping bodyfat doing cardio like that, your diet seriously needs looking at

It goes in very, very slowly in fat and you have to use a lot of pressure.
If you push the 0.5 inch needle all the way in biceps and calves, you are in muscle. The subcutaneous fat layer is thin in these areas.
Some pain in muscle is normal for 1-2 days after oily injection.

Thanks. Good to know. However , as far as the pain, this is water based. Pain still normal?

Some pain with water base is also normal.
The injected fluid with stretch tissue around it and cause some pain, but of shorter duration than oil based injections.

If this is a concern about anxiety, go to www.proteabody.com and look into Lean Fast and Cardio Breeze as a stack. I would be quite surprised if you had any anxiety issues using this stuff and it does work like a charm. Injecting carnitine IM into muscle though would have me hyperventilating as to the clean room quality and sterility of it...just seems like a bit of an oxymoron to me is all.
