Saint - pick 4 exercises, so two warm-ups for each and only one all out set to failure - you will thank me in the morning

i almost did that... i did 3 exercises for chest... inclines with db's and then decline on hammer and then cable flies all to failure... i am little bit weaker but i have dropped down from 230 to 209 in like 3 weeks so i expected it and made adjustments.
