I'm going to do a anavar cycle only for 4 weeks?

what are you trying to accomplish with that short of a run??

appetite suppression
testicular atrophy
water loss
lower back cramps

what??

+1 anavar is great shit, im doing a lean bulk right now and on my 4th week of 40mg a day(+ a bit of test)(was going 50, but 40 now so i cant eat more) .

I cant see my abs and I have veins running through everywhere, even over my stomach, its pretty cool. I just started noticing big differences this week, so I;d recomend bumping it to 6 weeks to see full potential.

first cycle?

A var only cycle isn't too bad for a first. I'd start at 40mg ed and later in the cycle maybe bump it as high as 60mg and go for 8 weeks. You will see vast improvements.

in 4 weeks you will notice some strength gains and minimal vascularity. Weight gain might be 2 or 3 pounds, but that's it.
 
Stick with 40mg for 6-8 weeks. You and your lipid profile dont need anymore... despite what alot of vets here will say.
 
i do 2weekers on 30mg on/off with decent results, about a kg pure muscle, fast recovery and some strength gains every cycle, no sides and no shutdown, even a distinct increase in hornyness in mid 3th week lasting for about a week. My strength keeps increasing in the 3th week as well.

If results are only starting to show after 4 weeks you're either doing it wrong or expecting too much.
 
well mainly i just really want to break out of that brick wall that I am at right now. I want to obtain more strength and gain just a few pounds. (Oral 30mg- anavar) Or should i stack it with winny for my first cycle. I haven't been able to break out of my pleateu in 3 years. How does it feel when ur on the cycle and are u able to train more than 4 times a week while on it? I do circuit training with heavy weights. I use to do a regular workout but don't feel like I'm improving in anyway, Just constantly lifting the same amount of weights. :chomp:
 
some stats whole be good to know (age, training experience, diet, height, weight) but if i were you id do 40mg for 6-8 weeks. Not too extreme but enough to get you anywhere from 5-10 solid pounds of muscle and ull look a lot better too.
 
well I'm 5'7 , age 21 , weight about 160 pounds. I don't know about my bf% but I look pretty fit maybe just one or two pounds overweight. LOl trust me I change my routine and try different of methods its not that . I had over 3 years to try differet things. I Will consume more calories soon as i start the cycle.
 
u could try switching your routine up a bit, to shock ur muscles into new growth. But as far as training while on, i think u want to train as much as u can. Youll recover. I would still take a day off maybe even 2 but its more about training with INTESITY.
