I had the SAME problem a while back. I was eating a really high protein diet and getting almost all of my protein and calories from butter. I was eating about 10-12 sticks a day. I ate lots of veggies, stayed low on carbs, stayed out of cookies and ice cream....but damn, I just kept packing on the pounds. I wasn't sure what to do so I've bought some "exercise in a bottle". That stuff wears me out. I hadn't actually taken it yet, I can't get the bottle open, but I've sure broke into a sweat on a daily basis trying to get the cap off. I have no doubt that it'll be a miracle product though.
