shit doesnt even pay, yeah I look big, but so what, my shoulders fucked from my first cycle, my legs are too big to run or fit into jeans, since I havent been able to lift in 2 months the cycle did more damage than good, so I am at 215 and a little pudgy right now, but I am shooting for 180 and skinny, I want my waist to be a 28 again, its like a 33 right now, Im just gonna run like 5 miles a day, fuck lifting for a while, with all the muscle Ive gained, even when I get down to 180 I will still be pretty big compared to most people
Im a do clen; 125mcgs for 6 weeks, bike in the am on empty stomach, run in the PM, maybe lift 3 times a week possibly the reg park program, then after 10(6 weeks clen, 4 weeks eca) weeks im going to run 600 mgs of EQ for 12 weeks and 125mcgs clen 6 weeks on 2 weeks off, the whole while doing ckd
this isnt a new years resolution or anything, those things are ghey, if you need new years to set yourself to do something your pretty weak, its just something Ive decided to do for myself and that I dont want to be big anymore
