Well, good to have you back. I actually skipped my workout after work, because I was gonna go to church tonight (go ahead and laugh athiests). I was just so thankful today, had one of those revelations where I realize how much I appreciate all the little things in life that I use to take for granted, and that I wouldn't know good without having seen so much bad. Anyway, they didn't have it tonight, so I'm still here wondering what to do now.
