Have you actually tried rebirthing? I'd strongly recommend a few sessions to anyone who wants to straighten a problem out or for a body and mind tune up. Nobody in their right mind would continually drive their vehicle daily without at some point checking under the hood or taking it in for a service yet folk are quite happy to continue abusing their bodies and struggle with the same mental walls day in day out without ever going for a professional tune up. Indeed most people will wait till complete system failure before they will even accept the fact that something may be wrong.

I'm not saying you have some kind of mental problem (and I'm not saying you don't) what I'm saying is that it is possible to give your body and mind the same experience of getting away from everyone and everything in order to 'figure stuff out' without going to the extremes of packing your shit into a bag and wiping the slate clean by doing a disappearing act. All that does is create more ghosts. It's possible to reprogram the mind (which can in turn reprogram the body) to repair certain undesirable dings we may have picked up on our journeys. You can start by saying 'I will" instead of 'I want'.
