DOnt do it, Insulin SUGAR/HONEY knocks you into a insulin mode then you will not burn fat. I use lawrys season salt for flavor sometimes I pop some Parmisan Cheese on top of my meat, Im on a high fat low carb, high protein diet so I dont use carbs, but cheese is good for me sour cream is another fav of mine. Take that chicken after its cooked, place some low fat cheese on top microwave for 30seconds until cheese melts and eat. It makes it more Bearable, what diet are you on, maybe I can help. I like to cook my chicken in olive oil, I use some Minced garlic, it doesnt taste too bad.
