I'm at work but got a bad case of the Friday's. Just can not concentrate on anything.

It really doesn't help that the chat is not very active right now either.

So let's get a converstation going on in here.


Let's see. I've got a couple of hours to kill after the gym, wonder what I should do...

This is sooooo boring today, there isn't even anything good to read.

A guy I know at work told me this morning that he has to get a new left eye. I didn't know that someone could get a knew eye.
 
Yesterday morning and throughout the day I was coughing up flem and blood from broken capillaries and an upper respiratory infection yet I still went to the gym and got 315 for 8 reps on bent over rows, real slow/perfect form followed by sets of 12 with 185 (upright rows).

This is havoc.
 
Whoa ChesterC (h) that's some serious rowing.

I haven't been able to do Barbell Rows for about 4-6 months because of tennis elbow, it SUCKS!

I got up to 280 for 4 reps trying for 6. My routine would move up the weight 5 lbs once I could get it for 6.

I miss that exercise like the sun. I try it every once in a while but it kills the ol arm.

What's your routine like?
 
Is the tennis elbow from tennis?

Back Routine, got an A and B routine, I perform A one week then B the following week, then repeat

A Routine

Bent Over Rows
Single Machine Rows
Inner Pulldowns

B Routine

Deadlifts
Single Dumbbell Rows
Seated Cable Rows
 
Chester I dig that concept but for some reason whenever I try and implement it myself I always forget. I mean I get to the gym for Day B and habitually I start into Day A. It never fails.

Right now I'm doing

Weighted Chins
DB Rows
Pull Downs to strernum (close grip, palms in)

then a few sets for Bi's.

It's not truly tennis elbow. It (by symptoms) is golfer's elbow but I think I got it as a repetitive strain injuy doing an over-zealous bicep routine.

I'm full of crappy injuries right now.
I could cry.

youch.

Hope you haven't got Asmtha or any of the like respiratory ailments.

I hate it when I'm at the gym coughing between sets because of alleriges and asmtha - people think I'm going to die.

Part of the obsession I guess.

what's with the seam to goes down your scrotum??? what purpose does it serve? sure makes shaving down there difficult!:p :p
