I personally don't like soy isolate, maybe a custom night-formula with egg protein would be better. But I think almond butter is a good addition to the night formula, it should help to slow digestion, adds good flavor and usually has lower sodium than peanut butter(at least the stuff I buy). Flax oil just gets boring after a while.
