I just found out my ex-girlfreind has got a new boyfriend. And the worst part is i found out right after my workout and im to weak to do anything. So all i can do is sit here and be pissed off. Oh well, shes better off with somone eles, im a fuking loser.

Im a loser cause im the one who messed things up. Things come into my head and i act on them even if i know there not true. I cant explain it but i treated her like shit becasue of figments of my imagination. And now i feel like shit about it.

And that it did, but that does not make you a loser....move on, move past it, get over it. You have no control over other people's actions only your own. So mope for a few hours if you must, then shrug it off and move on and forget about her. There is nothing more attractive than a guy who's got his own life, his own things going on.
