IGTropin storage pre reconstitution

Can it stay at room temp (similar to Jintropin) for any extended period of time? Otherwise, how would it survive shipping without dry ice? It does say on insert store at 2-8 Celcius (8c=46f)(refrigerate)
same for after reconstitution ... store at 2-8 celcius (refrigerate)
