I would stick to AAS. I can't remember anyone gaining 20 pounds with it. I'd think even 3-4 pounds would be a generous result if running it alone. Some claim a synergistic effect when running it with AAS, but this hasn't been proven. Most people claim it is good for fat loss and maybe a little muscle. If you are 180 pounds and 5% I don't see any benefit in it for you.
There is plenty of information out there on how much to run, and how long... anywhere from 20mcg to 120mcg per day for up to 30 days at a time.
I think it is hype unless you are at the pro level and exhausted all other resources.
