I realize that IGF-1 is not even considered a drug at the present time in the U.S.

But if one were to have it imported - what laws are being broken if any???

Thanks

IGF-1 and broken laws

Nautica, your question requires more than a sound bite and will provide a terrific reason to discuss the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the definition of "drug" (21 USC 321). I started working on an article on the topic a while back, but haven't had a spare second to get back to it. I promise I'll dig it up and finish it. (Maybe one of my legal brethren will collaborate with me?) Either way, I'll get it done, and a synopsis of the piece will appear here. Please remind me in a month. I apologize I can't get to it sooner.
