IGF question

How much IGF do you guys use post work out? I was thinking I would run 100mcg pwo but i was talking to a guy with some IGF experience and he said that 100mcg was a little low and he suggested 240mcg pwo? I know not everyone runs the same amount but i was just hoping to get a range.

yeah that's what i was thinking too. i've heard most people say around 60-100 i think. so what kind of results did u get? and what else did u run with it?
 
50-60 mcg, pwo. in the muscle that was worked on. really haven't noticed anything yet. they say the real results are down the road, later on
 
40 mcg pwo if you're a first timer. This is not something you want to use mega doses on unless you've used it for a long time and NEED to go up high. If you dont beleive me look at the guts of the top pro's. That's what long term hi dose GH (IGF-1) will do. Sure you'll be huge and ripped, but there's no way around the organomegaly (intestinal growth) that you'll get from GH and IGF-1.

I've used it for a while and I go anywhere from 60-80 mcg pwo. Never saw the need for more. I also use a good amount of GH. Im only 25 and I'm starting to get the protrusion in my upper abs from intestinal growth.

60-80mcg worked well for myself.

dude.. thats kind of sick.. and scarey..

whats the reason for the organomegaly.. do you get this from stacking GH and igf, or just igf use.. ive always heard it as "gh gut"

Wow,what age did u start using it? what was the largest dosage cycle you've taken? did you take a break from igf every once and a while. and are you sure that the protusion couldn't be something else?

ya no joke, i really want to hear more about this.. it might have just talked me out of using igf, if you saw my thread a second ago.. thats what i was hoping someone WOULDNT say.. haha
 
yeah i thought the enlarged organs were not a problem... or as much of one with IGF in contrast with HGH. maybe i was misinformed. i'd like to hear more.

dude intestonal growth at 25...dude is there anything you can do to get rid of that? are you gonna just keep running it until you have a coleman belly or do you have a special protocall to keep it down?
 
Well I've been using GH for a few years, and IGF-1 on and off for about a year. I also used slin for a while. I definitely don't have coleman gut or anything near it. It's just when I'm bulking and eating all the time I have a little protrusion in the upper gut (this will happen with a high dose test cycle as well). I wouldnt let it scare you off. I'm kind of on the extreme end of the spectrum. I'm 285 lbs, eat about 5-6000 calories year round (3000 on a cutter), and I'm planning on competing nationally in the coming years.

So since I'm always eating my insulin is constantly increased. I believe Macro said somewhere in another post that the upper belly bulge is insulin and androgen dependent. So, since I'm on 2 grams of AAS plus GH and IGF-1 and eating all the time, the immediate bulge is probably not related to the GH or IGF-1.
