So I know IGF-1 causes hyperplasia and the bodybuilders didn't have this stuff back in the 70's. So aside from the use of HGH, could the use of IGF-1 be a significant reason as to why the bodybuilders today are so much bigger?
To introduce a new question, I've read that once your body has reached it's natural limit it cannot hold on anymore muscle by itself. But if you use IGF-1 is it true that you could hold on to more muscle than if you never used IGF-1?
