Georgie there are a couple of really good boards out there with forums on R3IGF-1. Several guys regularly post on them and they seem to be extremelmy knowledgable. i have done igf1 and kept my carbs up and still leaned out. it's definently interesting stuff. i would recommend getting 2ml @ 1mg/ml and running 40-50mcg a day. beware the pumps lol

ive used it several times and the best results were the first 3 weeks i tried it. ive found the best dose to be 40-50mcg day until the bottle runs out which is about 3 wks, then take 3 wks off. ive gone as high as 80mcg day and you just get extra sides mostly intestinal irritation. it is best to use while on gh, and even better while on gear. i wouldnt use it again unless im on gh because without the gh it was a total waste. be ready to eat alot as youll always be hungry and the gains are much better when you eat plenty.

This drug is perfect for PCT because you are able to add just a little muscle with it. The pumps are insane I must admit. The only thing I question is how long it takes your body to start producing its own IGF after you cease the drug. I am not really sure if it even affects it at all.
