IGF for PCT

I will start my winter cycle the first of Jan. I will be running a test and IGF cycle. Sust 500mgs a week for 10 weeks. I will run IGF the first four but I am unsure when to start it for PCT. I am planning on starting a week after the test stops with the usual PCT. Just would like some input from other IGF users. K for any comments.
