I did two 4 weeks cycles of 80mcg/day, but it was during a cycle. Very hard to seperate the effects of the AAS from the IGF. I did feel greater pumps in the gym, and I do think recovery was a bit greater. I also did insulin along with the IGF. I think it made me harder than usual, but again I did not do the IGF alone. Someone who has done it during pct, when nothing else is being used, would be a better person to ask. I just thought I would throw in what I knew from my experience. I will tell you that I first started out at 60 mcg/day and didnt feel much, I weigh about 230 lbs. You might consider doing 80 mcg/day, thats what ive seen most using and getting good results.
