Does anyone know of igf-1 spot injections? Or if it has no effect on the injected muslce different than the other muslces? Also what are some good doses for a first time user? Thanks alot.
Most People will tell you site injections are bunk, I would agree, Dave palumbo said himself that 11mcg injected subq immediately post work out is the most efficient way of using Igf-1
