Igf-1 r3

Yup, I'm looking into this as well. Will try to introduce it to my routine for the Summer probably. It's only HGH for the moment and see how I react.

I am looking for some more info on IGF-1 R3...have any of you used this in a cycle? And if so was it benifical?

30-40mcg split bi-laterally (ie 15-20mcg in one bicep and 15-20mcg in the other) for 4 weeks

this is far supra physiological compared to what your body naturally produces

Make sure you have some fast digesting carbs around (ie oranges) since lr-3 leeches off of glycogen stores and you can go hypoglycemic

When you inject your igf wait 30mins and consume 40g of fast digesting carbs and 40g of slow digesting carbs

In regards to when you should inject it, some say post workout, others say 1 hour prior to workout others say 12-18 hours after the end of your workout, the point is there are plenty of ways to do it, it matters which way works best for you

25-40 mcgs each side immediately post workout 3 x per week. Drink carbs like Karbolyn or vitargo and protein immediately after injection. Shoot muscle group worked. IE if you did chest and tri's inject in tri's.

Since we're on the topic of IGF-1 there's a couple of questions I've never seen answered anywhere on the Internet:

First, how insulin-like is it really? There's a known protocol for injecting slin and everyone knows it's dangerous not to follow it, then there's IGF-1 and it's supposed to be insulin like but there's no set protocol on what to eat, how much of it and when after it's been injected or even if any of these measures are necessary at all.

And second, is IGF-1 suppressing? Will it prevent you from releasing your own HGH if you inject it at night? My guess is no, but I'm surprised this question doesn't get asked more often.

To answer your question

First:
Igf will shuttle nutrients like insulin, like i said above eat 40g of fast digesting carbs and 40g of slow digesting carbs 30 minutes following injection

Second:
No, Igf is not supressive since Igf-1 LR3 and Igf-1 DES are actually a different substance then your natural Igf
What it will do is down regulate your igf receptors so when you discontinue Igf at the end of 4 weeks it will render your own Igf relatively useless until your receptors upregulate again

What do you eat after those 30 minutes then, a shake so you have the dose controlled or regular food?

I wouldn't wait the 30 minutes, that is what causes a bad insulin reaction. You need the cabs and protein immediately after injecting. Also get a cheap blood glucose tester to ensure you don't go hypo.

straight from chemical need site and sums it up well.. GHRP 6 is a true hGH secretagogue. Which means it stimulates secretion of hGH. Human Growth hormone has been shown to promote lean body mass and reduce adiposity (fat). GHRP 6 also has a protective effect on the liver and an anti-inflammatory effect. These are paramount attributes for experiments involving muscle synthesis and recovery. BMI and age also play a role in the efficacy of GHRP-6 although studies note that BMI is a lesser factor in subject’s who are hypogonadal. It has a short half life with peak concentrations occurring around 15 minutes and not longer than 60 minutes after administration.

dosage is totally up to the individual rat.. heard of rats taking 100mcg a day split up a few times a day (best way IMO).. heard of other rats doing 1 dosage at 500mcg (not the way i would do it). dose too high and you could run into sleep issues. run it a few months just like you would GH. I'm sure dylan is 100% more knowledeable on the best way to run it based on ones individual goals. thats just my opinion.
