IGF-1 Question

Looking for members who've tried both ways, But:
What do you think is better to get the most out of your IGF for the fat loss properties, IM or SubQ? Also if one does either does it reduce the effective ness of either fat burning or muslce building? Not looking for site muscle growth (perhaps my traps :) but more for the last two abs. Thanks!

Bro you need HGH not IGF-1. While IGF-1 will help lean you abit, it's not catabolic to adipose tissue like HGH. It's intended for anabolic reasons, injected IM, and in most cases on a site by site basis to assist with lagging muscle groups. HGH goes Sub-q in abdomen to lean you out.

HGH is better for fat loss and cutting.
