Was looking into possibly running this after my pct. Can anyone tell me if this is suppressive or not? I have read it is not but also have read that in some cases it is. Whats the deal?

I've done IGF-1 during PCT, it wasn't very useful to be honest. Would prefer to run HCGenerate PCT.
It's great when you stack it with igf des. Your not going to get dramatic results but it will definitely help you make some gains after pct. I suggest adding bridge with it for a natural test boost and some dspark.
