IGF-1 Dosages

What is the recommended dosage for running IGF-1? I'll be running it with test cyp. GH is in iu's, but IGF in mcg's. Your take?

Do a search and you should come up with some dosages. It varies depending on your history with it. Sounds like it is your first time so I would stay on the low side to start off.

I would start with 40mcg shot bi-laterally, pwo. That should be a good place to start.
