An array of doses can be effective but I think 100mcg daily is a nice dose and should produce great results. I would dose 100mcg in either 10 micro injs of 10mcg or simply 50mcg each side. I would run DES in 4 weeks cycles but it can be used for longer.
It is most effective injected in the muscle you are training during your workout. So if you are aiming to improve bi-ceps I would inject it about 10 mins into a bi-cep workout. It is most effective when lactic acid is high. If you can't inject it during training then as close to training as possible (pre workout). Although I highly recommend it during as it's only active for minutes.
DES is great for localized growth but as I mentioned in the past don't expect inches of growth. It's effects are localized so inject it in the body part you want to improve most. I would recommend 4 mini pump sessions per week for that body part or 3 pump sessions and 1 big workout with 1-2 days off afterwards.
It's great to stack MGF or PEG MGF with DES. Regular MGF needs to be injected in the same muscle post workout. However I highly recommend PEG MGF as it goes systematic... dose that sub-q in your stomach 2-4 times weekly. If you add the PEG MGF to the DES dose it pre bed or on your off days from the gym.
