IGF-1 and pct

Should I start the IGF after pct or with it? I want to make sure I have enough to last me til my next cycle.
 
I think it helps recovery, and is a great tool to run during PCT. I would run it now for 30 days or so, take a break and then during the beginning to middle of your next cycle start it again
 
Run during PCT. As was said above, it helps with recovery. Additionally, it allowed me to eat my ass off during PCT with little or no fat gain at 100 mcg/day.

Ok I'll run it during pct, but I want to keep it going while I'm off; that's the whole point.

i know drrman will disagree with this but if u have 1mg and u run it at 40mcg e3d u can run it for a lot longer than 30 days :)
 
I had blood work taken over the last year about once a month. I used igf during that time. It did absolutely nothing to help my test levels, free test levels, bioavailable test levels etc.
 
I should mention that over that year my T levels continually went down too!

That said. If you have good IGF (there is a ton of garbage out there) use it during pct. That is where I got my best results.
 
I just came off a few months ago and incorporated IGF-1 for the first time in my PCT regime. I think I had my best recovery using IGF-1 than all of the other times I completed PCT. I only lost 4 lbs after coming off my cycle which is a hell of a lot less than what I have lost in the past. I hate seeing my gains slip away little by little after a cycle, but I think i've made myself a little more knowledgeable about how to train, eat, and do a proper PCT. I liked using it though..and i'll use it again in the future.

slat1...hey bro...were you only taking IGF-1 during those few months? What were your dosages? Do you think your gear was fake? HHHmm..i'd be pissed if I got some bunk IGF-1.

I'm gonna do 50mcg post workout which will be 4-5 times a week.

I used AG Guys and had amazing results at 40mcg's a day for 25 days. My waist dropped two inches. I had veins everyplace. My legs, my ass, abs, arms, delts, back, chest and even my head!
I lost no strength either.
I tried another companies and got NOTHING at 40mcg's. I tried it again at 80mcgs and got NOTHING again.
Luckily, I had purchased a few extra AG Guys (it was the stuff before they took it off the shelves for a while. I have not tried the new stuff not sure if it is the same).
When I used AG the first time it was on cycle. It was hard to tell if it worked.
Next time it was in conjunction with pct. That is when all the magic happened.
Since then I have been clean of AAS. I used igf here and there. I took at least a month off each time if not more.
While I still got mad results from AG my test levels constantly dropped.
