IFGLR3 and skip the HGH !

I need a bit of clarification on this topic. It seems the majority of you, "in the know" , agree that IGF-LR3 is a better way to achieve HGH results, than HGH.

I'm about to incorporate this wonderful product into my TRT/AAS program.
I want to be clear that there is no benefit to using HGH over IFGLR3.
My goals are to get the anti-aging benefits of these peptides. I'm 50.
However, I would not mind picking up some lean body mass in the process. :)

Some of you use both, which I don't want to do. Too much money and too many pokes for me. So, I have to pick one over the other. Unless someone can convince me otherwise....
The clear choice would be IFG-LR3. Am I losing anything that HGH could offer?

IGF-1 is definitely a better bang for your buck. It also produces visible results much fater than GH (4 weeks rather than 6 months). And I think it would be a wonderful addition to your program. That being said, the feeling of "well being" is exclusive to GH. So is the subcutaneous, site-specific fat loss. But if you're just looking for more muscle cells and improved insulin sensitivity, then IGF-1 would be my vote.

For my purposes (at the ripe age of 25) I use both, for some of the reasons I've outlined above. I no longer use insulin, and the IGF-1 (along with Glucorell) do a wonderful job of incresing my insulin sensitivity (GH decreases it). As far as I'm concerned, a GH/IGF-1/Glucorell stack is a safer, better alternative to the classic GH/insulin combo, especially for non-ectomorphs. But I digress. I hope this has been of some help to you, my friend.

Thanks 52, Or should I say son. :) I appreciate your input. This is all new to me. I've been strictly AAS guy. But when I heard about HGH producing fat loss, anti-aging of skin, hair, etc. You can imagine my curiosity. I'm not that vain though.
At any rate, GH is along and expensive process.....
Then I hear just about everyone talk about carpal tunnel syndrome, hand numbness, etc. Fukc that.
I need to do some more reasearch. Thanks, bro.

Well all those anti-aging effects you mentioned about skin and hair are unique to HGH. It's the anabolic/hyperplastic properties that can be had with IGF-1 alone. So I think that in your situation HGH is still the best bet. But as far as it being long and expensive, you'd be surprised how quickly you respond at your age. Your GH levels are probbly in the toilet, and 2 iu daily would make you feel like a new man. And the carpal tunnel and hand numbness is from high doses that younger guys use for the anabolic properties of GH. Personally I use 8 iu EOD of HGH and don't have those sides. And stacking with IGF-1 allows me to use this relatively low dose for someone my size (I know many guys smaller than I am taking 8-10 IU per day) and still gain lots of size and joint strength.

Expense-wise, if you have your levels checked and they are low, it should be covered by insurance. If not, you can still go through an anti-aging clinic, but the price would be a bit higher I think. Sadly, in our society, looking and feeling great through science is a privelge, not a right. But since you won't need a lot (more than 2 iu daily), no need to go through "sources" for generic brands. Stick with the good stuff. And by that I mean US produced, human grade brands like Nutropin.

Thanks for info. I concur. I lift 5 days aweek. 5"10", 210,12-13% bf. can still bench 325, squat close to 400, yada, yada, yada.

I'm plenty strong for my age. and with the help of AAS even stronger.
It's just that at around 50 you start to LOOK old from the neck up. LOL !!! :nopity:

I went bald at age 21, so I've finally aged into my looks. The neck thing is a bitch, although I've got a thick neck, it's getting a little turkey like in front. LOL.
