wrong , unless the fence is carrying an unreal voltage - something of the order of 1000,000 volts I would guess , depends on the distance ur pecker is from the fence and lots of other factors. I wouldnt try it tho.

Army rangers are taught to pee down a string that they carry. No noise, and you can direct the pee anywhere as long as you have enough string,

A piss stream forms droplets quickly when leaving your body. There would have to be enough amperage to arc over the droplets.

600 amps DC that are in the NYC subways is enough to fry the little guy. I was a cop and seen it all…

I like pissing off a nearby bridge and hearing it splash 40' below. Everytime im on the back roads I pull over to piss here. And fire off a round or two if theres any glass bottles in sight(with a gun, not my pecker). Gotta keep the practice up.
