LOL, I'm not going to do your homework for you but I'll help you. Go to this link: http://www.dtp-aus.com/tables.htm

Go all the way down and you'll see an idea how a table is created. Hell, you can even see the code for it. It's very similar to the one on your website.

You you have MS Office 2000 or XP? Although I don't like frontpage all that much it think it's pretty good for making tables.
